First of all: Yes, I do commissions! However, here is some more detailed information.

I love to build houses, apartments and community lots. I have no specific style, so you can request everything, but one thing is important: I am not the right person to build buildings, that already exist. You can send me some photos for inspiration, but I do not like to copy things.

If you send me a request, you should include the following information:

​

• What do you want me to build for you?

• Style?

• How big is the lot?

• Any favourite colours?

• If it is a residential lot: please describe me who the person or the family is. What they love to do (Music, gardening…)? Etc.

• Is it supposed to be playable or just decorative?

• What is the most important thing for you?

• Until when is the building supposed to be completed?

The more details I know about what to build, the more I can empathize with your ideas.

 

About pricing: I am sitting many, many hours on each building. Dependent on the size, sometimes even several days or weeks. For your request, I will do a detailed cc research to find the right objects for your dream building. For this reason, my prices are made up of the size of the property, the working hours and the amount of detail or accuracy of style. Therefore, the price will been usually between 50-180 €/ $59-218. For buildings on a bigger lot than 40x30, more than four bedrooms or with a lot of deatils like a historic front, the price increases.
