From Land in Hand is a grocery shop that tries not to use plastic packaging. Everything is unpackaged or in jars. For this particular building I started my first little Recolour Collection. All objects are originally from Sims4luxury, one is from ATS4. I am very proud of myself and also had an incredible support from Sims4luxury. In the shop there are vegetables, jars of preserves, nuts, pasta, cheese, sausage but also baked goods and soap as well as a small kitchen to prepare goods for sale. In the back there is also a garden with chickens and plant beds, and of course a whirlpool, because every entrepreneur needs to be able to relax once in a while. Through a separate entrance, your Sim can also enter his own small flat, which is kept in light colours in contrast to the facade and the shop rooms. There is a roof terrace, a piano, places for a cat, two work areas and a baby room, where I have already placed objects for later.
